Returns and refunds

“I accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition. For custom or high-value pieces, such as those with diamonds or precious stones, a thorough inspection will be conducted before any refund is approved. We reserve the right to deny returns if any alterations or replacements are detected. In such cases, we may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion. Please contact us before returning any item.”
